ポストや写メ日記を外注し、外部のライターさんに書いてもらっているキャストがいる、それを許容している店がある、という噂を耳にしました。本当かどうかはともかくとして、それはとんでもない話だと思います。
そもそも、どれだけポストや写メ日記に素晴らしいことを書いたとしても、お客さまと実際にやり取りをするのは自分ですよね（DMも外注している、ということであれば話は別ですが…）。書き方が違えば、お客様に違和感を与えてしまうかもしれません。そうなれば信用にも関わります。
また、お客様にポストや写メ日記について聞かれたら、どうするんですか？話を合わせるのはなかなか大変でしょう。仮に何とかなったとしても、お客様に対して誠実さを欠いていることは、紛れもない事実なんです。
毎日ポストや写メ日記を書くことは、簡単なことではありません。しかし、ネタはあちらこちらに転がっている。自分でネタを考えて自分の言葉で発信し、お客様にアピールできてこそ、キャストとしての仕事が成り立つんですよ。
I heard that some cast members ask professional writers to write their posts or diaries and some stores actually accept this fact. I don’t know and I don’t care whether this is true or not, but this itself is not acceptable at all.
Even though posts and diaries are great, you have to talk to your clients （well, of course it might be a bit different if you are asking somebody else to take care of the DM as well） andit might wonder your clients if the characteristics of the sentences are different.
What if they ask you about posts or diaries? if it was not you who wrote them, don’t you have difficulty pretending what they are talking about? Even though clients don’t realize it, you are not faithful to them.
I know it’s not easy to keep writing the posts and diaries everyday but you can get some ideas everywhere. You get ideas and, express what you think with your words and appeal your good points. Then you can do this job.
