僕は断捨離が大好きなんです。いらないものは迷わず捨てる。もちろん必要なものを捨ててしまって後から反省することもありますが、それでも、身の回りのものはすっきりしていた方が良い。ごちゃごちゃしている環境が苦手なんです。
そんな中でもう1つ。僕は文章も断捨離するべきだと思っています。僕たちキャストは毎日SNSや写メ日記で文章を書き、自らをアピールしていますよね。SNSとはまさに、言葉が羅列された戦場。何千人と存在するキャストが言葉を使い、自らをアピールするんです。でもそれは、周りと同じことをしていたら埋もれてしまうということを示しています。だからこそ、長い文章でアピールする人もいるかもしれません。しかし、僕はそうは思いません。
文章を書く時は、何より不要な表現を削除することが大事だと思います。何でも書けば良いわけではありません。ごちゃごちゃと情報を加えすぎてしまえば、そもそも読み手は何の話か分からなくなってしまいますし、中身に対して文章の長さばかりが強調されてしまえば、読んでさえもらえないかもしれない。不要な言い回しや例えは加えない。これは、文章を書く上でとても大切だと思います。
テーマの数は、1つのポストや1本の写メ日記につき、1つで構わないんです。1つのポストや1本の写メ日記に多くの情報を盛り込んでしまうのではなく、テーマは1つ。その方が筋道を立てやすくなります。日常生活の断捨離と同じ。「これがあったら便利かも」という考え方は、物を増やしてしまうんです。
こうやってすっきりとわかりやすい文章を書くことで、多くの人に読んでもらえるのではないかなと思っています。長く書けば良いわけでも、一度に多くの情報を盛り込めば良いというわけでもありませんよ。

I like to keep my things tidy. I don’t really think what to dump and of course sometimes I put myself in a big trouble dumping important things but still, I’d like to keep things cleaned. I don’t like the environment everything everywhere.
I think it is the same for sentences, too. We, therapists write posts or diaries everyday and try to promote ourselves. SNS is the battle field where vocabularies are spread. Thoughsands of therapists use words and try to shine themselves. That makes it easier to be invisible if you don’t try to be creative. However, I don’t think writing looooooong sentenes would solve this problem.
First of all, I thnk it’s important to remove unnecessary expressions. It’s not like you need to write as much as you want. If it becomes confusing, readers get lost while they are reading it. If it’s too long for the contents, they may stop reading it. Don’t add any unnecessary explanations.
1 topic for 1 post or 1 diary, this is also important. It’s not like you have to teach readers something and you don’t need to add too much information. If you focus on 1 topic, it’s easier to make readers focused. Don’t add unrelated information.
Writing simplified sentences would make readers understand what you want to say. Don’t write too long and don’t add unnecessary information. Make it simple.
