なぜ周りを見下してしまうのでしょうか？それは、偏に周りへの感謝の気持ちがないからだと思っています。そもそも女風業界で成功したいと思っても、あなた1人の力で成功できるわけではありません。店が存在し、その店のサポート、同僚のサポートがあってこそ、仕事ができる部分もあります。そして何より、お客さまがいらっしゃるから、僕たちキャストは仕事ができるんです。
自分1人の力で仕事が成り立っているわけではありません。僕たちの店、宴では、前身のさくらが開店した時から「1人がみんなのために、みんなが1人のために」という気持ちを大切にしています。だからこそ、宴で働くキャストは皆、お互いやお客さまへの感謝の気持ちを忘れません。
何かがうまくいくというのは素晴らしいこと。その質の高い仕事は継続して欲しいと思います。しかし同時に、仕事は1人でできるものではありません。成功した時こそ謙虚に、周りの感謝の気持ちを忘れてはなりません。
There are people who become arrogant once they realize they are successful. Even in this Jofu industry, there are therapists who start becoming arrogant and look down on people. The feeling of underestimation always gets reflected to their behaviors and words.
Why this happens? Because they simply don’t think they got support from others to be successful. For example, in this industry, you need support from others. The stores you belong to run the business and you get support from the stores and staffs. It goes without saying that you have wonderful clients. That’s the reason why you can work.

It’s great to be successful and I would like them to keep up their good work. But still, you can’t work by yourselves. Don’t forget about other people who are helping you and supporting you.
