女風で働きたいと考える男は非常に多いです。宴にも多くの応募がありますが、僕はその大半を電話面接で落としてしまいます。ま、だからキャストも増えないわけなんだけどね。
そもそも女風の扉を叩く男の中には、「女性の体に触れられて、お金までもらえてラッキー！」といった下心を持った男が非常に多いです。そんな状態で、この仕事はできません。そしてね、そういう男は、そもそも電話面接に至るまでのLINEのやり取りでその気持ちが窺えるんですよ。電話面接とは言え、キャストの選抜はそれ以前から始まっているんです。
女性とDMなどでのやり取りが必要になる仕事をするにあたり、敬語さえしっかり書けない、心の声がダダ漏れになっただけかのような、とりとめのない文章になっている、そして下心丸出しなことが書かれている、それではキャストとして採用できません。
そんなキャストは宴には必要ない。採用の基準を落とすことは絶対にありません。これからも、その姿勢は崩すつもりはなく、女性に安心して利用していただけるような店づくりを目指していきたいと思っています。
There are lot of therapists who think Jofu job is easy. We have received a lot of applications at Utage as well but I turned most of them down at the phone interview. Well, maybe that’s why we don’t have many therapists at Utage and I recognize that. But still!
First of all, there are lot of guys who think how lucky they are to work at Jofu because they believe they can touch women’s bodies and get money. You cannot work like that. And I can see they are not thinking seriously from the SNS conversations we had had already. Selection has already started once they applied.
We cannot hire anybody who cannot write proper Japanese texts. Some just write what they think and it doesn’t make any sense. I don’t appreciate those which show their lust in texts, either.
We don’t need those guys at Utage and I’m not going to compromise about it. I want us to be the store our clients can use without any upsetting matters.
