仲間は財産だと思っています。どれだけお金を積んでも手に入れることができず、信頼関係を築きあげるにも相当な時間がかかりますよね。ちょっと話をしただけで、心から信頼できる仲間ができるはずもないんです。
仕事をする上で、仲間は非常に重要です。どんな有能な人間であっても、1人でできる仕事は大したものではありません。何をするかよりも、誰と仕事をするか、その方が大切なのではないでしょうか。
信頼関係があるからこそ、何か挑戦したいと思えば、相談することができます。もちろん、反対されることもありますし、逆に自分が相手に反対することもあります。何もかも理想通りに進むわけではなく、意見がぶつかることもあるでしょう。
しかし、話し合うことで、より良いものを作り上げることができるんです。それぞれがそれぞれの良さや得意分野を持ち、お互いを信頼して一緒に仕事をするからこそ、仲間はチームであり、仕事をする上で不可欠な存在なんです。
そんな仲間と仕事ができること、本当にありがたいと思っています。
Your team is such a privilege. This is something you cannot get even though you pay a lot of money and it takes time to build the relationships. It’s impossible to build a good relationship just because you talk to the person for a little while.
Team is very important to do your job. Even though you have such a talent, it is impossible to do the work by yourself and you need your team. Who to work with is more important than what to do.
Because you have trust, you can talk to your team if you think of some new ideas. Of course, they might disagree with you and you may not agree with them either. There might be some conflicts just because they all try to think hard.
Still, talking to your team and sharing some ideas will lead you to success. Everybody has their professional fields and sharing it is very important. Team is such an important element to do your job.
