僕は宴の代表として、キャストとして仕事をさせてもらっています。そして僕自身、代表として、意識していることがあります。
まずは聞き役に徹し、自分自身の仕事を他の人に見せないことです。宴に在籍しているキャストたちは各自分なりのやり方で仕事をしてくれていますが、困ることもあるでしょう。そんな時はぜひ相談に乗りたいと思っていますし、だからといって「相談に乗っている！」という姿を人に見せる必要はないと思っています。
自分がどれだけ仕事をしているか、それは働いてくれている仲間には関係ありません。もちろん、お客様にも関係ありません。だからこそ、僕の仕事は目立たなくて良いと思っています。
トップに立つ人間が文句ばかり言っていたり、やたら目立っていたりすれば、周りの人は働きにくくなってしまうのではないでしょうか。僕は、一緒に働いている仲間によって働きやすい環境を作りやすいと思っています。だからこそ、彼らの仕事を認めたいと思っていますし、サポートに回りたいと思っています。
代表として承認欲求を求めるなんてもってのほか。それは自分で埋めるべきものであり、代表の立場を利用して褒めるべきものではありません。
ブレないように意識しながら、これからも仕事を続けていきたいと思っています。
I am working as both a representative and a therapist of Utage. In order to do so, there are a few things I’m trying to do.
I try to listen to my colleagues and do not show what I’m doing. Those therapists at Utage are doing their work based on their beliefs and I’d like to support them as much as possible. If they have some concerns and need somebody to talk to, I would like to hear them out. But I’m not interested in showing others how much I’m supporting them.
How much I’m doing my work has nothing to do with my colleagues or clients. I try to keep them invisible.
If representatives are always complaining or trying to be outstanding all the time, it would be difficult to work with them. I would like to make sure that my colleagues have a good environment to work in. That’s why I would like to appreciate them and support them as much as possible.
Do not seek to fulfill your desires of approval. That is something you would fulfill by yourself and do not use your status for that.
I would like to keep working as a representative making sure I’m not letting anybody manipulate me.
