キャストとして働く上で、理屈は必要ないと思っています。というのは、そもそも、自分の中で軸のある考え方を持つ事は大切ですが、それを女性に聞かせる必要はないですし、人にひけらかす必要もないからです。
自分はどのような接客を意識しているのか、何を心がけているのか、それをわざわざ話す必要もないですし、自分がどのように考えているのか、見せる必要もないでしょう。それよりも行動することが、大切なのではないでしょうか。
仕事をしていれば、難しいことはたくさんあります。悩むこともあるでしょう。それならば、そこから学び次に繋げる。それだけのことです。わざわざ作文を書く必要もないですし、自分が言ったことを周りに見せる必要もないと思っています。
どんな美辞麗句を並べるよりも、まずは行動できるキャストでありたいですね。失敗を次に繋げ、軸のある考え方を持ち、自分を前進させる。これができるキャストでいたいなと思います。
You don’t need to sound logical to work as a therapist. It’s important to have consistency but it doesn’t mean you have to have clients listen to it or understand what you’re thinking.
I’m sure you have your own idea how to deal with clients or what’s on your mind to do it but it doesn’t mean you have to show it by explaining about that. I believe taking him to action is more important than that.
If you’re working, of course once in a while you have to go through a tough time. All you need to do is learn from it and reflect on your future. You don’t need to write about it to show it to your clients.
Make sure to take into action than explain about that logically to impress your clients. Learning from your mistakes, having consistency and improving yourself. I believe they are important for therapists.
