女性と話をする時、女性の話をしっかり聞いていますか？これは、決して「黙って話を聞く」ことを指すわけではありませんよ。
キャストとして、女性と話をするときはどのような言動が求められるのでしょうか。女性の話を否定せず、しっかりと耳を傾けて自分なりの答えを持ち、寄り添う。これが非常に重要です。女性の話を聞いてすぐに自分の話にすり替えていたり、やたら女性の話を評価しようとしたり、そんなことは求められていません。
女性の話を聞いてそれを評価するような返事をすれば、それは上から目線だと捉えられてしまう可能性もあります。否定をする必要もないですよね。求められていないのに、自分の意見を言う必要もないですし、助言をする必要もありません。
聞き上手とは何なのでしょうか。コミュニケーション能力があるとはどういう意味なのでしょうか。しっかりと考えて、女性と話をしてほしいと思っています。

How should you behave when you’re listening to a client? Don’t deny their stories and listen to them carefully. You should think it through your brain and have some ideas. You should have sympathy with her stories. You don’t need to not talk about yourself.
If you evaluate their stories, they might feel you are arrogant. You don’t need to deny them either. You don’t need to give them advice without being asked.
What is good at listening? What does having communication skills mean? You should think about it before talking to women.
