キャストの仕事に学歴は関係ありません。言い換えれば、どれだけ学歴が低くても、学歴が高くても、それだけではキャストの仕事に何の影響もないんです。
最近は学歴を表に出してアピールするキャストも増えているようですが、むしろ僕はそれを推奨しません。最近は女性の中にも高い学歴を誇る女性が増えていますし、学歴自慢は「相手の学歴は自分よりも下」といった前提があるため、失礼になりますよね。
また、学歴があったとしても、柔軟性や人間力がなければ、この仕事では成功できません。お客様に合わせて自分を変えられること。カメレオンになれること。このようなキャストが求められているんです。自分の考えに固執していたら売れませんよ。学歴だけでは意味がないんです。
どの業界でも同じだと思いますが、学歴だけで人間は決まりません。プライドを捨てましょう。キャストとして働きたいと思うなら、プライドを捨てることにプライドをかけてください。
Educational history doesn’t matter to the job of therapists. Other words, even though you don’t have a high educational history, it doesn’t matter.
In these days, there are therapists who try to promote themselves by revealing their educational background but I do not recommend that. Nowadays, often women have a high educational history so revealing your history is considered as looking down on the woman assuming they have a lower background.
Even though you have a higher educational history, what is important for this job is flexibility and identities. You need to adjust yourself to the clients so persisting on what you’re doing could be against what you want.
It’s common in different industries but stop being proud of your educational background. Don’t be arrogant.
