そんな中で、それをしっかり読みもせず、相手の質問に答えることもなく、返信をしたって意味はないんです。相手の質問に答えていない、的外れな返事をしている、会話になっていない、そんなのは論外ですよね。
しっかり会話をするためには、相手の気持ちを把握することが大切です。たとえ書き言葉のやり取りであったとしても、キャストには、しっかりと相手からの連絡を読み、返信するように心がけて欲しいと思います。
