僕の経験から言うなら、成功する人は自分から行動できる人です。そもそも、悩んでいるだけで何もしない、愚痴をこぼすだけで自分自身は工夫をしない、それでは成功できるわけがありません。
例えば、XやKaikanを覗けば、ヒントはあちらこちらにありますよね。売れているキャストたちはどのようなポストを書いているのか、どのような写メ日記をどのような頻度で書いているのか、わかるでしょう。書けば良いというわけではありません。内容にもヒントがあります。
そして、人のせいにしないこと。自分が売れないのはお店のせいなどと思っていたら、売れることはありません。この仕事をやると決めたのは自分なのですから、まずは自発的に行動しましょう。簡単に成功できる業界ではありませんよ。
