仕事をしていると、悩むこともありますよね。トラブルについてどう対処したら良いのかわからない、新しい何かを始めたいけれど、それが本当に価値あるものなのかどうかわからない、悩みは尽きないと思います。
そんな時、周りに相談することがとても大切なのではないでしょうか。むしろ、独断で動いてしまった結果、取り返しがつかないほど事態が悪化してしまうことだってあると思うんです。
若い時は僕もとにかく突き進むことを重視していました。でも最近は相談できる仲間にも恵まれ、「相談することによって、より良い環境を作り上げていく」ことの楽しさを学んだ気がします。
何か困ったと思ったら、周りに相談するという選択肢を忘れないようにしましょう。失敗してしまった、悩んでいる、そんな弱さを見せたくないと思う必要はありません。相談してより良い環境を作り上げましょう。
そのためにも、普段から良い人間関係を築き上げる努力をする。とても大切だと思います。
When you’re working, it’s totally understandable that you get a lot of concerns. Maybe you are in trouble and you don’t know how to deal with that. Maybe you wanna start something but you don’t know if it’s going to be worth it. There are a lot of concerns.
Maybe in those moments, it’s better to talk to somebody about them. Moreover, situations could get worse just because you do everything by yourself. If you are in trouble and if you are trying to deal with everything without consulting others, situations could get worse.
When I was young, I was also like that. I tried to proceed without listening to others and sometimes it is difficult. But now I have learned to consult with others and it’s actually fun for me to do something with my team.
Don’t forget to talk to somebody if you need it. You don’t need to worry about showing your weakness to others. consulting with others will open up new ways.
In order to do so, it’s also very important to build a nice relationship with your team, too.
