どれだけ努力をしているつもりでも、結果が伴わなければ意味がないんです。頑張れば褒められるなんていうのは、大人ならありえない。しっかり結果を出してこそ、初めて努力が認められるものだと思うんです。
もちろん、なかなか結果が出ないこともあるでしょう。そんな時、きちんと変化をつけていますか？同じことを繰り返していませんか？結果を出せないことに言い訳していませんか？
特に仕事において、結果は非常に重要です。結果が出ないなら周りを見て、他の人の真似をする、やり方を変えてみる。新しいことを始めるのも良いですし、今やっていることを辞めてみても良いでしょう。
結果を出しましょう。努力している自分に満足しないように、努力を売りにしないように。売りにするなら、結果を売りにする必要があるんです。
Even though you’re trying, if you cannot get the results, it doesn’t really mean anything. It’s very difficult to have people admit your efforts without results. If you are a child, it might be OK but you are not a child anymore.
Of course, it’s not always easy to achieve something and you might have to go through some tough times. When that happens, are you actually making some changes? Aren’t you repeating the same thing over and over? Aren’t you making excuses for yourself?
Results are very important at work. If you can’t get that, you have to see what others are doing, imitate what they are doing, make some changes, maybe you can start something new but also stop something which doesn’t go anywhere.
You need to achieve it, don’t be satisfied without the results and don’t emphasize your effort. Results would be your weapons.
