キャストとして仕事をするにあたり、技術ばかりを重視していませんか？確かに技術は大切ですが、技術だけでは意味がないんです。
この仕事は、集客できて初めて仕事になります。マッサージや性感や技術だけでは、集客ができません。集客をするためにはコミュニケーション能力が必要になり、最終的には人間性が重視されるんです。
女性は非常に繊細です。大切にされていると感じられる、話が通じていると実感できる、そのように思っていただかないことには、集客は困難になります。技術だけを振りかざしていても、そこにはつながりません。
まずは人間性を磨きましょう。女性としっかりコミュニケーションを図れるようになり、女性のニーズを汲み取れるようになれば、それが技術向上にもつながっていきます。
When you’re working as a therapist, aren’t you focusing on techniques too much? Techniques are important indeed but that’s not the only thing you need to think about.
This job requires marketing. If you don’t have clients, you can’t do your job. Techniques wouldn’t get your clients. That means just because you improve only techniques, it’s not going to help you get clients.
Women are very sensitive. They need to feel they are cared for and communication needs to work. Even though you feel like you’re communicating with women, if they don’t feel like it, it doesn’t mean anything. Being proud of your techniques wouldn’t help you.
First, improve your identities and improve your communication skills. I need to make women feel relaxed and understand what they need. That is the start of this job.
