「忙しい」という言葉を言い訳に使っていませんか？忙しいからポストできない、忙しいからDMの返事ができない、そんなキャストをよく見かけます。
もともと、僕は「本業」「副業」といった言い方が好きではありません。副業であっても仕事は仕事。副業だから適当にこなせば良いというものではありませんし、力を抜いて良いわけではないのです。
キャストの仕事を副業としてやっている人もいるでしょう。しかし、だからといって「忙しい」を言い訳に、適当に向き合っていませんか？
キャストは仕事であり、趣味ではありません。お金をいただくものなんですから、適当に向き合って良いものではないんです。「忙しい」は言い訳にはなりませんよ。
Are you dealing with this therapist job decently without saying you’re busy? I have seen a lot of therapists who say "I’m too busy to do this."
First of all, I don’t like the way of saying side job. I’m sure several therapists do this job as a side job but it doesn’t mean you don’t need to do your best. It doesn’t mean that you can say "I’m too busy."
It’s OK to do this as a side job but if you are really that busy and you can’t do this, maybe you shouldn’t.
This is a job and this is not a hobby. We offer the service and we receive money. You need to deal with all clients decently and do not use the excuse of being too busy.
