女風のキャストは、究極の接客業です。そして女風に来られる女性のバックグラウンドも、もちろん多種多様。だからこそ僕たちは、毎回違ったレールの上を渡る必要があるんです。
女性のニーズを捉えて、それに対して適切なものを提供する。キャストは、それができなければならない。
大変だと思いますか？いいえ、そんなことはありません。だからこそ、キャストの仕事はおもしろいんですよ。
There’re no manuals for hospitality. Each client has different background and we need to think about that.
Of course, we need to respect manners. But there’s nothing like "As long as you do this, everything will be okay".
Jofu therapists are expected to have extreme hospitality. Our clients are from different environment and what they want is also different. We need to walk their path and sometimes there might be something unexpected.
We need to understand what women want and offer what they expect. We need to be able to do it.
Do you think this is difficult? No, not at all. That’s why this job is interesting.
