キャストがお客様である女性から聞いた話を他の女性に聞かせていたり、他のキャストから聞いた話を女性に聞かせていたり… そんな話を耳にすることがあります。
キャストは、お客様から聞いた話を、他の人に漏らしてはなりません。私たちには守秘義務があるのではないでしょうか。
守秘義務とは、一般的に、一定の職業や職務に従事する者や契約したものに対し、法律の規定に基づいて課せられた「職務上知った秘密を守る」「個人情報を開示しない」と言った法律上の義務を指します。例えば、医師や看護師、薬剤師等は患者の個人情報や既往歴に対する守秘義務を負います。
本来セラピストと呼ばれる、療法士や治療士などにも、当然ながら守秘義務が課せられます。それならば、自らを「セラピスト」としても知られる僕たちキャストにも、守秘義務が課せられていると思って良いのではないでしょうか。
僕たちは仕事上、女性の個人情報のみならず、女性のプライベートな話や悩みを耳にすることがあります。そして、そのような職務上知り得たものを、故意であれ、過失であれ、他人に話すことはあってはならないのです。
ましてや、他の人に対してお客様のプライベートな話を聞かせたり、内輪でお客様のプライベートな話を共有して笑いものにするなど、言語道断。それは法律の側面から見ても大切なことであり、責任ある仕事を遂行する上でも重要なことなのではないでしょうか。
キャストとして女性に向き合う人には、女性の話にしっかりとした責任ある態度で臨んで欲しいと思っています。同時に、女性の話に敬意を払い、他言することのないように期待します。
I often hear that some therapists talk about their clients to other therapists or other clients. It’s surprising that but that happens.
There is no telling about clients to others. Therapists have confidentiality.
Confidentiality generally means the state of keeping or being kept secret or private. As of their occupations, some need to keep their clients’ personal information or what they heard. There is no disclosing those information.
Those therapists who work in the medical field definitely has confidentiality. Then, why not "us" who call ourselves therapists have that, too?
As of our occupations, we do hear our clients’ personal informations or private informations. We are not allowed to talk about it outside to anybody else.
It’s also totally not acceptable to tell this to other clients or laugh at thier experience. I say this again, not acceptable. This is not okay and we need ot be responsible to our duties.
If you would like to work as therapists, I expect them to be decent to women who can be trusted. Respect our clients and do not talk about what you hear from others.
