キャストの仕事に、「これさえマスターしておけば大丈夫」というものは存在しません。性感の技術にしても、マッサージの技術にしても、「これだけできれば大丈夫」というものは存在しないんです。
そもそも、女性は十人十色。「これが好き」という女性もいれば、同じものを嫌がる女性もいます。「あれが好き」という女性もいれば、全然違うものを好む女性もいます。
だからこそ、「これさえできれば大丈夫」なんてものは存在せず、むしろ、常に向上心を持って技術を伸ばしていかなければいけません。
さらに、キャストに大切なものがコミュニケーション能力。女性は様々なバックグラウンドを持っています。あらゆる女性の話に対応できるコミュニケーション能力が求められると思っています。
お客様の中には、自分が知りもしないような知識を持っていたり、想像もしないような世界観を持っている方もいらっしゃるんです。自分の知らないことに対して好奇心や関心を持ち、女性の話に耳を傾ける。そんな力が必要です。
だから、キャストには「これさえできれば万々歳」みたいなものはありません。目の前の女性を笑顔にするために、全力を尽くせること、そのために自身を向上させること、そんな力が求められているんです。
