女風業界に参入して、集客できない人は少なくありません。せっかく採用されても、SNSの継続ができない、工夫ができない、そんな理由で長続きせず、数か月でこの世界を去っていく人は多いです。
そんな中、「だってお店が集客してくれないから」などと他人のせいにしているキャストは、まず売れることはありません。お店はキャストを在籍させ、キャストを売るための戦略を立て、宣伝しています。しかし、本人の努力なしに簡単に売れるような、楽な世界ではありません。
風俗はセルフプロデュースの世界なんです。売れているキャストは間違いなく努力を重ねています。継続するのは困難な努力を続け、はじめて成功できるんです。
これが理解できない人は、キャストには向いていないと言えるでしょうね。

You have to do "self-produce" to be sold. Those popular therapists are definitely doing their best and keep it.
