宴って小さなお店なんです。だから当然、大手さんと同じ戦略は効かないし、地味に見えるところもあると思います。
宴のメリットと言えば、思いついたことを自由に実現できる環境かなと思います。当然守るべきルールはありますが、それを守っていてくれれば、あとは自由。「行動したい！」と思った時に、いくらでも行動できるんです。
僕は、「これをやってみたい！」と思いついたら、とりあえずやってみたら良いと思っています。だってやってみなければ、そもそも成功するかどうかも分からないでしょ。やる過程でもっと良い方法が思い浮かぶかもしれない、どうしても無理だということもわかるかもしれない。行動に移したら、そこに無駄はありません。
宴に在籍しているキャストのポテンシャルは相当なもの。彼らが自由に色々考えて、それを行動に移し、楽しんで仕事をしてくれることを期待しています。
Utage is a small store. We cannot use those marketing strategires which bigger stores are using and it might not look fancy.
However, we have an advantage as well. Of course, there are rules our therapists are required to respect but as long as they are okay with it, they are free to think of any ideas. If they think of something, they are always welcome to do it.
I think they should try it once they think of something. Without trying, you never know if that is going to work or not. Maybe you might think of better ideas while you are trying and you might realize that doesn’t work. Trying never betrays you.
