キャストは、性感やマッサージの技術を持ち合わせています。得意なこと、苦手なこと、あるかもしれません。
しかし、それは女性には関係ないんです。「○○が好き」「○○をしたい」「△△に行きたい」「◇◇を食べたい」、そのようなセラピストの趣味嗜好は、お客様には関係ない。
むしろ、そんなことを言ってしまえば、お客様が自分のして欲しいことやして欲しくないことを言いにくくなってしまう可能性があるのではないでしょうか？
「このキャストは『○○が好き』と言っているから、それをしてもらわないと申し訳ない」などと思わせてしまったら、意味がないのではないですか？
キャストの好きなことややりたいことは関係ないんです。それよりも、お客様が何を求めているかしっかりと把握すること、お客様が言いやすい雰囲気を作ること、必要に応じて臨機応変に提案し、その気持ちを察する努力をすること。
お客様を第一に考えることこそ、キャストのやるべきことだと思いますよ。
Therapists have skills for massage etc to work as a therapist. Of course, everybody has something they are good at or not good at.
However, that has nothing to do with our clients. "I like to do this" "I want to do this" "I want to go there" "I want to eat it"... those wishes have nothing to do with them.
Besides, if therapits say something like that, our clients might feel they cannot say what they want or what they want us to do.
If they feel "he/she says he/she likes it, so maybe I have to ask for that", there’s no point. Don’t you think so?
What therapists want to do have nothing to do with what our clients want to do. Understanding what our clients want to do, making the atmosphere in which women can say their wishes, being creative and productive to grand their wishes.
Thinking our clients first is definitely what we should think, indeed.
