私はこの仕事で一番大事なことは丁寧さだと思っています。
どこか寂しさを埋めたい、普段の生活では得られない何かを求めて利用される方が多い中で、雑に対応してしまうとその方の期待を大きく裏切ることになってしまう。
ここまで私に神経を使ってくれる人なんていなかった、この先もこの人しかいない！まで言わせられて本物だと考えています。
いや、こんなことは当然なのかもしれませんが、人は慣れてくるとどうしても手を抜きがちになってしまうもの。
自戒の為にもしっかりと文章に残しておこうと思います。
