If you can think like this, you will be happy no matter what you do.
Today I'm going to talk about failure.
I have also experienced many failures.
I can't count the number of them.
Failing at work.
I hurt someone because of my words.
I've fallen for an incredible scam, etc.
The list is endless.
I truly believe that failure is the key to success.
Why is failure the basis of success?
That's because it's "educational".
When I fail, I always say, ``It was a good learning experience.''
I can say that clearly.
You will find out what you learned in hindsight.
If you look back on any failure calmly, there will always be something you learned.
Even if I fail at a job, there are problems that I realized because of it.
Next time you find yourself in a similar situation, you can take corrective action.
Even if I fail in relationships, I can say that I have become a deeper person because of it.
By experiencing hardship, you will be able to understand how others feel when they are suffering.
Painful and sad experiences can help you become kinder to others in your future life.
You will be able to humbly pay attention to your failures.
If you think like that, there is not a single failure in the world.
No matter what you do, it will be a meaningful and enjoyable life.

今日は失敗についてお話します。
僕も今までたくさんの失敗を経験してきました。
その数は数え切れません。
しごとで失敗したこと。
自分の発言のせいで、人を傷つけてしまったこと。
とんでもない詐欺に引っかかってしまったこと等。
挙げたらきりがないです。
今は失敗こそ成功のもとだと心からおもいます。
なぜ失敗が成功のもとなのか。
それは、「勉強になる」からです。
失敗した時は「良い勉強になった」を口癖にしています。
そうはっきり言い切ることができています。
何が勉強になったかは後から考えれば自ずと見つかります。
どんな失敗も、冷静に振り返ると、必ず勉強になったことがあります。
しごとで失敗しても、そのおかげで気づけた問題点があります。
次に同じような状況になった際にはきちんと改善と対策ができます。
人間関係で失敗しても、そのおかげで人間性が深まったと言えます。
辛い経験をすることで、相手が辛そうにしている時の気持ちを理解できるようになります。
辛く悲しい経験は、これからの人生において人に優しくできます。
失敗したことには謙虚な気持ちで注意ができるようになります。
そう考えられると、世の中にはひとつも失敗はないです。
何をしていても有意義な楽しい人生となります。
