Continuing from last time,
I’d like to write about something I enjoy.
I like training and exercising.
The reason I like it is because it makes me feel refreshed and energized!
Even when I’m a little tired, working out helps me sleep better and makes food taste better too.
There was a time when I was really focused and set goals like lifting heavier weights, but recently I’ve just been working out to avoid being inactive.
