「大切なものは技術だから、コミュニケーション能力など必要ない」と考えるキャストもいるかもしれません。でも、それは違いますよ。
そもそも、お客様との信頼関係を築くために大切なものがコミュニケーションです。誰が、コミュニケーションの取れない、自分の話を聞いてくれない、的外れなことばかり言うキャストに予約を入れたいと思いますか？
どんなに技術があったとしても、そこに至ることができなければ意味がないんです。そして、コミュニケーション能力というのは、綺麗事を並べたり、必死に支離滅裂なDMを送ったりすることとも違う。
女性の話をしっかり聞くことや的を得た返事をすることはもちろん大切です。それに加えて、丁寧な言葉が使える、適切な表現ができる、このようなことも大切なのではないでしょうか。
技術も大切です。でも、それと同じく、あるいはそれ以上に、コミュニケーション能力は大事なんです。
キャストたちには、それをしっかりと念頭に置いて欲しいですね。
Some therapists think that their skills are the most important and they don’t need to worry about their communication skills. But that is not true.
First of all, communication is needed to build the trust and relationships with our clients. Who want to see the therapists who cannot talk, who cannot listen and say something you are not even asking?
Even though you have skills, if you can’t reach where your skills are required, there’s no point. You need to do some marketing first and get clients. Communication is not where you show your wonderful ideals or sending irresponsible DMs.
Listening to our clients and respond properly is important. Additionally, using polite words, using proper expressions, those are required, too.
Skills are important, indeed. But communication skills are MORE important.
I expect therapists to know about that.
